Park Avenue Penthouse

A Bespoke Manhattan Aerie

Looking to personalize their newly purchased penthouse in a recently constructed luxury tower on Manhattan’s Park Avenue, a married couple turned to our design team to reimagine the space with an eye towards better accommodating their world class collection of contemporary art. This was achieved by reconfiguring the layout to create greater symmetry and axial connections, aligning the apartment’s many framed openings, and allowing for a long entry ideal for the display of large canvases. Bookended with custom brass and prismatic glass doors, the space leads to reimagined living and dining rooms, gracious spaces again conceived with art in mind. Throughout the apartment new ceiling details, marble floors, and cased openings created from the same material imbue the home with an air of polished elegance.
